My stay was overall pleasant with a few ups and downs. The hotel is conveniently located near the Westgate entertainment district, University of Phoenix stadium, and the new Desert Diamond casino, making it a great spot for exploring the area. The rooms were plain but spacious, and the service was friendly. However, the lack of towel replacement in the handicap room was a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was good, especially considering the free options, and the hotel facilities were well maintained.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures online, though there was a slight issue with a wet spot in the room that was quickly addressed by the staff. The service was awesome but could have been a bit more engaging. The location was excellent, with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was consistently fresh and delicious. Overall, a good value for the money.
